Service Fees
Estimates
The estimate is FREE if the client signs a sales mandate.
Otherwise, the fee amounts to €350 + VAT 17% for a non-written estimate.
*A written estimate amounts to €500 + VAT 17%.
Sales
The agency fees are borne by the seller.
Our sales commission amounts to 3% + VAT 17%.
*Exclusive sales mandate.
Rentals
The agency fees for rentals amount to 1 month’s rent + VAT 17%.
They are split 50% by the tenant and 50% by the landlord.
*Includes inventory of fixtures.
Energy Passport
The fees for an energy passport amount to €490 + VAT 17%, payable by the owner.
*Mandatory for any sale and/or rental.
